Shipping Clerk/Metal Finisher – First & Second ShiftApplicant should have experience in the manufacturing industry, be mechanically inclined, highly motivated with a strong work ethic and have attention to detail. Should be knowledgeable, safe and confident around fork trucks, overhead cranes, band saws, grinders and other machinery. Good communication skills are required as well as the ability to understand and follow verbal instructions and written procedures precisely and thoroughly. Ability to read and understand technical drawings is helpful. We are looking for a quality conscious applicant who will handle and process high value materials. You will be grinding, deburring and packaging a variety of steel and aluminum parts for shipment along with loading and unloading trucks. You may also be requested to run production saws, assist machinists, welders, do general assembly and other general shop duties. We ask that you strive to produce at a high level, be adaptable to changing assignments based on the work load, be able to manage your work queue, meet deadlines and accurately document your work within our system.

CNC Bridge Mill Machinist – Second ShiftApplicant must have 5 or more years of experience operating a CNC Bridge mill. Part sizes range from 50 lbs. to 30,000 lbs. This is a high mix, low volume environment. Preference will be given to applicants with experience with a Fanuc control. Strong set-up skills are required along with some programming and editing skills with Fanuc control.
You must able to machine large parts to tight tolerances, have the ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments, and be quality conscious. We ask that you strive to make yourself and your machine(s) produce at a high level, be adaptable to changing assignments, be able to manage your work queue, accurately document your work within our system, and monitor and report your job schedule.
This is a full time position, second shift with some weekends available. Initial training for first 3 weeks will be on first shift.

CNC Boring Bar Machinist – First & Second ShiftApplicant must have 5 or more years of experience operating a CNC Boring Bar. Part sizes range from 50 lbs. to 15,000 lbs. This is a high mix, low volume environment with lots of setup. Preference will be given to applicants with experience with a horizontal rotary table. Strong set-up skills are required along with some programming and editing skills with Fanuc control.
You must be able to machine large parts to tight tolerances, have the ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments, and be quality conscious. We ask that you strive to make yourself and your machine(s) produce at a high level, be adaptable to changing assignments based on the work load, be able to manage your work queue, accurately document your work within our system, and monitor and report your job schedule.

CNC Lathe Machinist – First & Second ShiftApplicant must have 5 or more years of experience operating a CNC Horizontal/Vertical lathe with strong set-up skills along with some programming and editing skills with Fanuc control. This is a high mix, low volume environment with lots of setup.
